    Business is part of any convention, be it negotiations between entities or the selling of wares to the public. We recognized this at the last Second Convention we had several vendors out on display outside the stadium and along the promenade, we used a simple yet elegant kiosk and it got the job done quite well.

    This time around we have the old faithful kiosks yet again, but we’re also going to have something new, the small shop. The shop will be several times larger than the kiosk, a small building really, vendors will be able to customize the signage to match their brand as with the kiosk, but it will provide a much more noticeable presence as well as a higher allowance of space and prims.

    We are now taking open registrations for vendors, setup will commence on June 7th, but we’re taking names on a first come first serve basis now. The prices will allow business owners to have their vendors out from setup on June 7th, through the convention on June 14th-16th, until the grounds close on June 23rd.

    To register, either send an email to us via the about page, reply to this post with a comment, or reply to the relevant post on the Second Convention forums. Whichever method you use, be sure to include your full Second Life name, the name and a brief description of your business, and the type of booth you would like to rent. Your registration will be confirmed and you will be approached for payment in the coming days.

    Open registration began on Monday May 22nd, and will continue until the convention begins on June 14th. However, all booth costs will be increased 50% after June 7th (Late registration), so get in your name now…
