  • Convention Draws To A Close

    Published June 25th, 2007

This summer’s Second Convention drew to a close last week, and we just cleaned out the promenade of vendors to prepare for upcoming events. We had several hundred people in attendance on each of the days, and the sim performed amicably. I must say I’m especially proud of some of the new events we had this convention such as the Censorship Discussion panel, I hope we can continue to have engaging events such as that at future conventions.

As always see our FLICKR page for screen shots from the convention…

But we’re not closing down until the next convention due in late September, oh no we’re keeping busy. This week in fact, we’ll be setting up the new Pixel Sumo Dojo and theatre so that we can begin to regularly host sumo event at Artificial Isle. The Artificial Isle blog will also be reworked a bit to bring in the Sumo blog and make it easier to navigate.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, still more is coming,  stay tuned to the blog for updates.
