    Second Convention provides a unique opportunity, not only is it a medium to meet and confer with other business men and women, it is also a chance to present yourself to the public. There are a several options at SecCon whether your aim is to share and discuss ideas, enhance your business’s brand image, or just show and sell some wares.

    All event shop and kiosk rentals have similar guidelines, these rules are to be adhered to unless given special permission by event organizers. Failure to comply with said guidelines will result in a warning, upon receiving a third warning the vendor will be evicted without refund. If however there is a problem where the event organizers are responsible appropriate amends will be made.

    Shop & Kiosk Guidelines

    Event organizers may modify or add to these rules if it is deemed appropriate.

    • Vendors storefront will be ready at least two days prior to convention
    • Vendors will not exceed their cumulative prim allotment
    • Vendors will not build beyond their assigned areas
    • Vendors will keep script usage/lag to a minimum
    • Vendors will use no Lighting or Particle effects
    • Vendors will not use “rezzers” of any sort
    • Vendors will use minimal glow & flex
    • Vendors will not “spam” visitors

    Event Kiosk Rental

    Event kiosks are the smallest available plots on the promenade, each one is allotted 50 prims and the cost to rent them is 1,000L each.

    Event Shop Rental

    Event shop rentals are the largest available plots on the promenade, each one is allotted 150 prims and the cost to rent them is 2,500L each.

    Sponsorship

    Sponsors make a serious contribution towards the convention and in turn they are named sponsors for the events of their choice (We can help best determine the events that meet your goals). Sponsors logos are displayed on the convention grounds and they are named in each of the events they back live by the event commentator and in any promotional material for the event (Preceding, during and post convention).
